SEIGMEN DVD
ANNOUNCED
There have been loads of rumours, but now it's official:
There will be a Seigmen DVD, at very long last. A double disc, no less.
Sadly, the plans for a DVD and live-album from the last gig in 1999 stranded, as the audio-recordings were damaged beyond repair; but the package Seigmen's currently compiling will be even better.
The DVD is confirmed to contain:
- The full 20-song 2hr10min reunion-gig from Dødens Dal 20-10-2005
- A documentary about the reunion, with interviews and rehearsal footage
- A long documentary covering Seigmen's entire career
- All of their promotional videos.
They are also trying to cram as much other cool stuff as possible in there.

The DVD is scheduled for release sometime in June 2006, but is already
available to pre-order at www.seigmen.com. The more people who pre-order (and pay in advance), the more funds they will get to make the release even better. Besides, if you pre-order, you will get the DVD in your mailbox before it is released in the shops; and you get a little something extra as well, that'll not be available anywhere else.
This petition has been quoted numerous times as one of the reasons this release will happen. So thanks a million to all signers. Now, who said that petitions don't work?!
http://seigmen-dvd.cjb.net has been online since early 2002 and gathered almost two thousand signatures before an official statement came from Seigmen's manager Øystein Ronander that the DVD will be released.
The site will still be open for more entries, if someone still wants to leave their name here. Note that signing or having already signed this petition is not pre-ordering the DVD. You have to do that at www.seigmen.com.
